Reserve your spot for our Advanced Training for Birthworkers by paying our non-refundable deposit (a minimum of $850 to hold your space).
You can pay in full, or choose one of our easy, automatic payment plans, which will begin 30 days from your day of deposit.
Due today is your non-refundable deposit of at least $850 - this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:
Your $850 deposit is non-refundable
- Due today is your non-refundable deposit of at least $850 – this deposit is non-refundable
- If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Three Months prior – We will refund all workshop monies received, less your $850 non-refundable deposit and unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made on your behalf.
- Less than 3 months prior – A cancellation charge of 50%, less your $850 non-refundable deposit and unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made on your behalf.
- One month prior – No refunds will be made at this point
- Payment in FULL must be received by March 10th
- We require you to purchase travel insurance so you are protected for any unforeseen changes.

Postpartum Doula Training
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:
Your deposit is non-refundable
Three months (or more) prior: We will refund all workshop funds received, less your deposit and unrecoverable funds from accommodations and other deposits made on your behalf.
Less than three months prior: A cancellation charge of 50%, as well as your deposit and unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made on your behalf will be withheld.
One month prior: No refunds will be made within a month of the start of the event.
Your deposit is non-refundable, no matter the circumstances. As soon as you book be sure to purchase travel insurance that will cover your retreat expenses even in the event of postponement or cancellation. Mother Nature and Father Time do not always share their plans. Volcanos, earthquakes, and pandemics have caused our retreat to be postponed in the past.
