We'll spend each day together at our retreat home, Peace Kitchen, with ample time in the evenings for exploration of local treasures.
Exploring the Island of Bali
Eat Pray Doula may be just one part of your trip to Bali. We are here to welcome you when you arrive for the workshop, but if possible you may want to arrive a couple of days early to relax into the traditional Balinese Village of Nyuh Kuning, or visit a beach town.

Nyuh Kuning
The Ubud Monkey Forest lies within the village of Padangtegal, which owns it. The village’s residents view the Monkey Forest as an important spiritual, economic, educational, and conservation center for the village. There are many of point of interest that you can see here. Other than around 700 monkeys, you also can see 186 species of trees in 12.5 hectares of forest, where will allowing you to get an abundant of fresh air.

Explore Bali with your new friends or bring your family
There are many beach towns to enjoy in Bali. Close to the airport with beautiful sand beaches are Sanur and Nusa Dua, both with big resorts or search AirBnB for small guest homes and private villas.
Short Excursions
Jimbaran beach – An hour trip to the beach and you can enjoy fresh caught fish grilled as you watch the sunset
