Reserve your spot by paying our non-refundable deposit (a minimum of $850 to hold your space).
You can pay in full, or choose one of our easy, automatic payment plans which will begin 30 days from your day of deposit.
Due today is your non-refundable deposit of at least $850 – this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:
Your $850 deposit is non-refundable
Prior to September 2023: A cancellation charge of 50%, as well as your deposit and unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made on your behalf will be withheld.
After September 2023: No refunds will be made, no transfers to future dates will be made. You may sell your spot for this year to another Birth Practitioner.
Your deposit is non-refundable, no matter the circumstances. As soon as you book be sure to purchase travel insurance that will cover your retreat expenses even in the event of postponement or cancellation. Mother Nature and Father Time do not always share their plans. Volcanos, earthquakes, and pandemics have caused our retreat to be postponed in the past.

Two months prior: No refunds will be made within 2 months of the start of the event.
