Cancellations
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation all or any part of the workshop, the following cancellation policy will apply:
On or before January 1, 2014: All workshop monies received, less a $200.00 processing fee and unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made upon your behalf, will be refunded for cancellations received in writing on or before January 1, 2014.
January 1 – February 1, 2014: A cancellation charge of $500.00, plus unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made upon your behalf, will be withheld for cancellations received in writing between January 1 and February 1, 2014
After February 1, 2014: No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 1, 2014 or for any portion of the trip unattended.
In the event you decide to leave the workshop at any time, there will be no refunds and you will be asked to sign a declaration stating that it is your decision to leave the workshop, so that the proper local officials may be notified. This is a firm policy, please do not ask us to deviate from it; we highly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation policy if you have concerns that you may have to cancel the trip.
